If you are using Paypal and/or Alertpay in subscribing to us and you wish to cancel your auto-recurring of payments, please be guided with our instructions below:
Instructions to OFF auto-recurring payment in PAYPAL
1. Log-on to your Paypal Account (in www.paypal.com)
2. In Account History, click All Account Activity link. Choose the transaction you wish to cancel.
3. Then click the link containing the Reference ID (the link after in-reference to) in the Transaction Details page,
4. Then click the Cancel Subscription button at the lower right corner of the page to finally cancel your subscription.
